You forgot to include NutshellMail! (http://nutshellmail.com) NutshellMail is free and has more users than half of the tools you listed.

No doubt this landscape of monitoring solutions is becoming cluttered… and more difficult for marketers to navigate.  A study was published yesterday which begins to identify a stronger likelihood of satisfaction for users of paid tools: http://www.webliquidgroup.com/social-media-monitoring-survey

If you simply need to monitor a specific keyword or phrase (such as a brand name) in social media, please try our brand new SMM tool:http://informant.se/SocialMediaMonitor/

Just enter the search word and watch the news items as they happen in real-time, then subscribe if the results suit your needs. Extremely easy to set up and handles many languages.

    Cheers,

    Here – http://www.wanna.to – you can
take a look what twitter users wanna to do. There are statistics for
user ‘wannas’ by wanna/action – for day, month and hour. More statistics
will be added soon. It is not only for Twitter users, anyone could say
what he wants directly on the site.

A shame not to see Brandwatch in there. It’s a paid tool with firehose access, with prices £400/month+. It’s one of the most popular tools available. I can see Sysomos were also excluded who are similarly big.

Great tools actually. It is really worthy to use in a business in helping them to manage their business better. Also, it’s a great tool to use in subtly making their way to success.
